Welcome to Maids R Us Hospitality LLC. By booking services, submitting a request, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All services provided by Maids R Us Hospitality LLC are customized based on the specific needs of each home. Service scope, pricing, and frequency will be determined after consultation or review of your request.

We reserve the right to adjust service recommendations based on the condition of the home and level of cleaning required.

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled service time. This may include key access, entry codes, or someone present at the home.

If we are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee 
• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged up to the full service amount 

Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of booking or upon completion of services, depending on the service type.

We reserve the right to require deposits for certain services or first-time clients.

To ensure the highest quality service:

• Excessive clutter may limit the areas we are able to clean 
• Heavily soiled or neglected spaces may require a deep clean before recurring services can begin 
• Additional time or charges may apply if the condition differs significantly from what was described 

For the safety of our team:

• We do not clean areas that pose safety risks 
• Clients must disclose any hazardous conditions (mold, biohazards, pest infestations, etc.) prior to service 
• We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are deemed unsafe 

We take pride in delivering a consistent, high-quality experience. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the concern accordingly.

We utilize our professional systems, tools, and products to ensure consistent results. Requests to use alternative products must be discussed in advance and may not be guaranteed.

While we take every precaution to care for your home:

• Any concerns or damages must be reported within 24 hours of service 
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not securely placed 
• High-value or fragile items should be disclosed prior to service
